Job Description:

The Stonebreaker Hotel opening December 2024, is actively searching for a motivated and diligent Houseperson to collaborate with our team!

Pay Range is $16-18 an hour, based on experience. 

Stonebreaker Hotel, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in 2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Membership Club Lounge, and check in area for guests.

Experience and Skills:

Job Summary:

• • Assisting housekeeping staff with daily operations, including delivering supplies and linens

  • Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of public areas and back-of-house spaces

  • Responding promptly to guest requests and providing excellent customer service

  • Supporting event setups and breakdowns as needed

  • Reporting maintenance issues and safety hazards to management

Required Experience:

• 1 year cleaning experience preferred
• Neat and professional appearance
• Positive, team player attitude
• Self-motivated individual
• Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).
