Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and mentor a diverse team, and cultivate a positive work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and addressing customer feedback promptly.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost control while maintaining quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative service initiatives and menus in collaboration with the culinary team, aligned with our brand’s vision.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, along with all regulatory requirements.
Ordering wines and maintaining wine stock
  • * Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • * Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

  • * A strong background in wine and expertise in wine menu development
    * Proficiency in cocktail development and bar management
    * Expertise in sourcing high-quality beverages, managing supplier relationships, and negotiating prices
    * Ability to train and mentor staff in beverage knowledge, service techniques, and compliance
    * Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and enhancing personal beverage knowledge
    * Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
    * Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
    * Communication and leadership skills
    * Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
    * Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
    * Guest-oriented and service-minded
