Human Resources Manager
Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa - Whitefield, NH

Are you passionate about people, culture, and making a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry? The historic and picturesque Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team.

Position Overview:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting hotel operations through thoughtful HR leadership. You will be responsible for driving effective recruitment strategies, delivering engaging new hire orientations, fostering a culture of engagement, and managing employee leaves with care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all departments, ensuring we attract top talent.

  • Familiarity with J-1 and H-2B recruitment programs, including onboarding and compliance processes
  • Conduct new hire orientations to promote a smooth and inspiring onboarding experience.

  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and foster team cohesion.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee leaves of absence (FMLA, personal, etc.), ensuring timely and compliant administration.

  • Support management with coaching, employee relations, and performance guidance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with legal and company standards.

  • Champion the company’s values and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
