Responsibilities:

· Lead and oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and exceptional guest satisfaction.

· Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and achieve financial goals within the food and beverage department.

· Create and maintain innovative, seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on quality and creativity.

· Recruit, train, and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a positive and service-oriented culture.

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote the restaurant, bar, and event spaces, attracting new guests and engaging with the local community.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards, maintaining excellence in service delivery.

· Oversee banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution of weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings.

· Staff scheduling for Restaurant/Bar and Banquet Events

· Beverage Inventory

    Experience and Skills:

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a boutique or upscale hotel setting.

    · Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.

    · Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team building and staff development.

    · Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage trends, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

    · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    · A hands-on, guest-focused approach with an eye for detail and quality.
