Massage Therapist
Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa - Whitefield, NH
Mountain View Grand is seeking a Massage therapist.

The ability of our Host Associates to
proficiently multi-task provides guests at Hay Creek properties with
secure, comfortable confidence that their service expectations will be exceeded.
Essential Functions:
? Have and maintain a current Nation Certification in Massage
Therapy.
? Have and maintain a current New Hampshire Massage
Therapy license.
? Must be willing to work weekends, evenings,
and holidays.
? Must be proficient in all components of massage
therapy, including but not limited to:
o Anatomy
o
Physiology
o Body Mechanics
? Must have an excellent personal appearance.
? Must have
good communication skills.
? Must have a friendly, congenial
personality.
? Ability to work in a high volume, busy service
environment while maintaining composure and focusing on the
guest.
? Address each and every guest using the S.E.A.C. method,
with a smile, and eye contact, acknowledge their presence in a timely
manner with an appropriate greeting, and kindly close.
? Attend
all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
? Understand and
practice all HCH safety and security procedures, including Emergency
Evacuation Procedures, Accident Reporting, Right to Know Law, Written
Information Security Program, Bloodborne Pathogen Procedures,
Anti-Harassment Policy, and Violence in the Workplace Policy.

Comply with all Hotel and HCH time and attendance policies.

Comply with all Hotel and HCH uniform, dress code, and appearance standards.
Hotel-Specific Essential Functions:
? Ability to remain
standing for 8 hours (or 100% of shift).
? Ability to frequently
(or occasionally) move and lift up to 40 lbs.
? Reach high
objects.
? Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management,
and co-workers to their understanding.
? Ability to move up and
down stairs regularly.
? Ability to bend frequently and
repetitively during a shift.
? Ability to use repetitive manual
dexterity.
? Ability to move quickly based on guest needs.
?
Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English.
Technology and Equipment:
? Have a basic knowledge of
Booking Systems to review scheduled appointments as needed.
?
Inform the Spa Director of any requested days off in a timely
manner.
? Be available to cover for another Massage Therapist in
emergency situations.
? Remain up to date in any worldly Massage
Therapy techniques tans discuss at Spa employee meetings.
