growing community of Fayetteville, AR. The Stonebreaker Hotel
offers 78 guest rooms and suites, each one quietly expressive and
grounded in craft. Simple shapes, natural materials, and just the
right amount of nostalgia—these are spaces designed to feel good in.
About Our Culinary Venues:
· Restaurants: Set in the house, The Stonebreaker’s restaurant
offers unfussy, beautifully plated meals shaped by what’s growing
nearby. Chefs pair familiar flavors with just enough
invention—like the cornbread French toast with strawberry-ginger
preserve. The bar features cocktails with a point of view, plus a
detailed list of wines and local beer. The restaurant will
highlight the best of seasonal and local ingredients in a casual
Southern cuisine through innovative menus.
· Banquet & Meetings: Catering to events of all sizes, from
10-350, with custom menus designed to impress.

The Role: As our Executive Chef, you will be instrumental in
defining and executing the culinary vision across all dining
venues. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic leader who
is passionate about farm-to-table cuisine in a casual Southern
flair and has a proven track record in top-tier restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and refine menus that showcase local ingredients and
modern culinary techniques.
· Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff to exceed culinary expectations.
· Manage kitchen operations with a focus on efficiency,
sustainability, and profitability.
· Collaborate with local suppliers to ensure the highest quality
of ingredients.
