Job Description:

The Exeter Inn is seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance/Houseperson to join our team!

Full-Time 35hrs/week

$18/hr

Wed-Sun 2pm - 9pm

Must have some schedule flexibility for events and holidays.

This position would report primarily to the Maintenance Manager, but would also help out in the F&B and Rooms departments.

Included duties:

• Banquet set-up and breakdown
• lobby/bathrooms/public areas attendant
• laundry
• in room maintenance tasks
• snow & leaf removal/seasonal landscaping

Experience and Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Landscaping experience
• Punctuality
• Proven reliability
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Ability to work on your feet for at least 8hrs
