Experience and Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a luxury or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage programs is a plus.
