Job Description:

Noble Kitchen and Bar at The Brunswick Hotel is actively searching for professional, friendly, and experienced Restaurant Servers to join our team!

Both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling. The restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday for dinner service.

The Brunswick Hotel, managed by Hay Creek Hotels, offers 50 upscale guest rooms and suites. Our restaurant, Noble Kitchen & Bar, was recently re-imagined and renovated in 2019, offering a chef-driven menu inspired by local, seasonal ingredients. Our indoor/outdoor bar, dining room seating, and outdoor patio offer an inviting experience for locals and visitors any day of the week. We also host a number of banquet meetings and private events in our board room and event space.

Job Summary:

  • Greet, direct, seat, and serve guests in accordance with company service standards.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with menu items, promotions offered, hotel offerings, and related materials.
  • Complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly. Clean and maintain all working areas and equipment.
  • Assist in resolving any complaints, and communicate disgruntled customers to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Reconciliation cash, accurately charge credit cards, and make appropriate cash deposits at end of shift. Complete all transactions using the Point of Sale system.

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must feel comfortable with the use of technology (integrated point of sale system - Aloha, and Open Table reservations system)
  • 1 year serving experience in a high volume full service restaurant
  • Prior Wine/Liquor knowledge not required, but a plus.
  • Ability to work in a constructive, team working environment with a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).
